Virginia single LED polished chrome IP44 bathroom wall light.
A vertical polished chrome rectangular wall plate with a tubular arm projecting forward, at the end of this arm is an adjustable spotlight head which can tilt outwards and turn on the arm, the head is also finished in chrome and has a white polycarbonate diffuser.
Behind this diffuser is a 5w built-in LED that is 4000k cool white, this gives out 415 lumens.
This is a class 2 double insulated light, so no earth is required.
