9 inch Continental (40mm fitment) shade carrier for lampshades that are fitted with a duplex ring.
This shade carrier is made from metal and has a white finish, it is suitable for lampshades that have a duplex ring fitted at the top of the frame (the diameter of a duplex ring is 110mm internal, approximately 115mm external), the shade is set at the top of the carrier with the duplex ring being loosely held by the raised sections of the top of the carrier.
The opening ring fitting of the carrier is 40mm wide (Continental size).

Q1: You have stated the size of the lamp fixing hole but could you please advise the size the size of the top of the fitting. I require a frame for a standard lamp which has a 110mm (4 1/4") ring will this fit?
