A1: Yes, you will be able to use a lower wattage bulb in this fitting.

Q2: 811 sc single wall light. Can cable entry be from bottom
A2: the cable entry would not be able to go in the bottom of the light, as this is where the switch mechanism would be.

Krius satin chrome adjustable single wall spotlight.

The Krius spotlight has a circular wall plate that is manufactured from steel with a satin chrome finish, the centrally located light can be rotated 350 ° with a 90 degree tilt.

This fitting will require 1 x GU10 LED bulb that is not included with this product.
