For over ten years The Lighting Superstore have been using Interlink as our main courier and there is a very good reason for this, their service meets our needs in ways that no other courier has so far.

We've trialed many couriers in the past 15+ years and we're yet to find one that is as reliable as Interlink. Some have been cheaper and some more expensive but bar far the most important factor to us is service.

Why we believe our couriers are the final link in the chain

You can have the best lighting web site, huge product range, the best prices, the best and most efficient customer service but if your couriers fail then ultimately you fail too.

In early 2017 Interlink changed their name to 'DPD Local' but their service to us and ultimately their service to our customer remains the same.

The only difference our customers will notice is the branding on the van that delivers your Lighting Superstore order, the parcel will still arrive quickly, within the quoted 1 hour delivery slot and in most instances without you paying a single penny for delivery.
