A1: Yes it is easy to fit the lamps, they simply screw in and out. It is generally practised that the picture light should be half the size of the picture.

Winchester Brass made adjustable picture light.
This traditional looking picture light has two adjustable levers, these allow the height to be altered from 160mm to 250mm, and the projection from 290mm to 350mm.
The lamp head is open at the bottom and allows the full brightness of the bulbs to shine downwards.
Requires 2 x LED SES E14 candle bulbs that are not included.
This is part of the Winchester Light Range.
