Q3: How far can the light rotate? Can it move in 2 planes (i.e. Up/down and left/right?)
A3: Yes, you can angle the head up and down as well as rotating it left and right
Q4: Is the product suitable for a kitchen/diner; I am looking for 2 lights on opposite walls and can be used to highlight a large art canvas on the middle wall
A4: Yes this fitting is suitable for use in a kitchen/diner.
Q5: What is the maximum wattage bulb recommended for this fitting? It is supplied with a 5w bulb but would a higher wattage be suitable?
A5: I would say a brighter LED can be used if required, i have put a few links below to bulbs we sell.

Pennie single LED wall mounted spotlight, finished in bronze.
This fitting has a circular wall plate with an on/off toggle switch at the base, the spot head is fully adjustable for directional light.
The fitting requires 1 x LED GU10 bulb, which is not included with the fitting.
This is part of the Pennie Spotlight Range.

Light Source: LED with a GU10 lamp holder. Fittings that are supplied with non-dimmable GU10 LED bulbs or those supplied without any GU10 bulbs can, in most instances, be made dimmable by installing a dimmable GU10 LED.
