Q1: If i replace the bulb with a suitable dimmable led bulb, Can this be dimmed with a led dimmer switch?

is this a straight swap for my current wall lights? No transformers?
A2: This light has a built-in LED driver and connects straight to the mains. So if the lights you have now are just connected to the mains then this will be okay
Q3: Does the light rotate on the wall bracket so that i can point it at different angles or is it fixed?
A3: This is a fixed light with no rotation.

This fitting is cylindrical shaped and is fixed to a round wall bracket, when this is illuminated the light emits from the top and bottom of the fitting, the bulbs are also easily replaceable with its open ends.
This fitting requires 2 x LED GU10 bulbs that are not included.
