Sensor-Switched outdoor IP44 PIR sensor wall light finished in black.
This fitting has been finished in black with a hand-blown glass shade that has a striking bubble effect, the body of the light is made from UV-resistant plastic and has a tiltable sensor at the bottom with a 180° detection zone, this can be adjusted exactly to the specific situation using the tilting (70°) Fresnel lens and can be reduced using the shrouds provided.
Other functions and features of the sensor are sneak-by guard, 12m maximum reach, response brightness of 2-2000 lux, and a time setting of 8 secs - 35 min.
A class two double insulated fitting so no earth is required.
Requires 1 x LED E27/ES GLS bulb (not included).

A1: The manufacturer of this light have informed me that the back plate on the L585 is approximately 82 mm wide.
Q2: What is the minimum range / reach of the pir sensor?
A2: The minimum reach of the sensor is 2 metres. This is based on the height the light is fitted being 2 metres off the ground.
Q3: What is the dia. Of the base of the globe and the fixing method to the base
A3: the measurement at the base of the globe is 85mm. The globe is held in place by 2 screws which screw through the light and secure under a lip in the base of the glass
Q4: Is it safe to use a 100w bulb in this light?
A4: Unfortunately this light takes a ES (Edison Screw) GLS lamp at a maximum of 60 watts, so it would not work.
