Q1: The height of the light is given as 356mm and then the max height as 1067mm and min height as 382mm. Do the max and min height include the light height already or not? I.e is the min height 382mm or 382mm + 356mm?
A1: The fitting height is 356mm so that is the height of the chandelier. The minimum drop you can have is 382mm so that includes the 356mm of the chandelier.

Saldana pewter finished ceiling multi-arm LED fitting with opal/clear glass.
This fitting comes with a beautiful organza see-through shade, this shade is held in place with three pewter arms with the opal glass shades also included that attach to circular bulb/shade holders, the mainframe is supported on a height-adjustable rod attached to a ceiling bracket.
Rods are included and measure 2 x 150mm and 2 x 300mm, comes supplied with 3 x LED G9 bulbs that each have a light output of 320 lumens, and a colour temperature of 3000k warm white.
