HS83 2 gang, 2 way, 2 x 400w push dimmer switch.
This wall-mounted double dimmer switch has a satin chrome finished square back plate with a bevelled edge and two rotaty dimmer knobs in the centre of the plate that both have a matching satin chrome finish, the rotary knobs also push in to turn the light on/off.
This wall dimmer switch has a 400w maximum wattage and a 60w minimum wattage per side, and is suitable for all incandescent mains voltage lighting including good quality halogen lamps, and also low voltage halogen with a compatible dimmable transformer.

Q1: Can this be used on a fluorescent strip light?
A1: Sorry, no. Generally, fluorescent lights are not dimmable. This dimmer switch is only suitable for incandescent and halogen mains voltage lighting , and some low voltage halogen if used with a compatible dimmable transformer

A2: There is around 70mm in between the screws.
