Hotel swing-arm double wall light, with white square-pyramid shade.
The wall bracket of the fitting is a matt nickel rectangular base with the 2 lights projecting forward from it, the top light is a swing-arm in 2 sections that allows you to have it closer or further away from the wall and can also be swung out to either side, the lower light is an LED reading spotlight which has a flexible neck and head.
The top light is supplied with a white fabric truncated square-pyramid shaped shade and has an SES bulb holder which requires 1 x LED SES/E14 bulb (not included), the LED head is fitted with a built-in 3.1w LED that gives 310 lumens of brightness and is 3000k warm white.
Each light has its own switch on the side of the fitting, so they can be switched independently.
This fitting is supplied with a cable and plug but this can be removed if you wish to wire into the mains instead.
