This fitting comes with a small black rectangular ceiling plate and four wires that attach to the main light head, this has a white inner diffuser which conceals the LED inside.
It is not possible to height adjust this fitting.
Runs with 1 x 27 watt 3000k warm white built-in LED, with a total light output of 4000 lumens.
