Product Questions
Q1: Please can you advise if this lantern is open at the bottom to give some downward light. Also, Is the height stated including the length of the chain?
thanks
stuart
A1: This lantern is open at the bottom, so light will shine downwards. The total height of 525mm is including the chain, the minimum you can have it hanging is 400mm.
Q2: Can you please advise how you replace a light bulb in this lamp. For my current one you have to unscrew 4 screws whilst holding onto the lamp. A 2 man job. I'm looking for something much easier to change light bulbs
A2: The BL18B has an open bottom, so you simply (making sure the light is switched off) pop your hand inside an unscrew the lamp. If you use a LED lamp, then you will not need to do this often at all.
