Q1: Does each bathroom recessed downlight need a separate one of these? If not, How many can be run from each transformer?
A1: Multiple lights may be ran from the same transformer, as long as it doesn't exceed the max wattage. For example, this transformer has a maximum wattage of 60W, so the total wattage of fittings/ bulbs used must not exceed this
Q2: Is this the correct transformer to replace my failed ones for 12v halogen, Ceiling mounted, Mr16 lighting. Or is it one of the others in your list.

A2: Providing the wattage is not exceeded then this should be a suitable replacement. If you are controlling the light level with a dimmer then an intelligent low voltage dimmer will be required

This transformer has a 20watt minimum wattage and a 60watt maximum wattage, it has one 240volt input on one end and three 12volt outputs at the other end, both ends have screw-on covers with cable grips to secure the flex once the cover is screwed in place, these covers and the main casing of the rectangular slim body are made from plastic.
