Q1: Has this light got a switch on it
A1: This light does not have a built in switch, and would need to be connected to the main switch in the room
Q2: I have a 240v fitting over a bathroom mirror. Would i need to use the driver, And if so is it contained within the fitting or would it need to be accommodated within the wall? Thankyou
A2: The driver is built into the fitting, so you should be able to connect directly to the 240v mains

LED Bathroom wall light with a rectangular wall mounting plate and slimline stem that the LED light head is attached to, finished in polished chrome with an opal glass diffuser to soften the emitting light.
This Kashima class 2 doubled insulated light runs with an LED bulb for low costs and the light head is fixed and not adjustable.
It runs with 1 x 4.5-watt built-in LED 3000k warm white and the total output is 165 Lumen.
