Q1: Can this como spot light be wall mounted or is it ceiling only
A1: This light fitting is suitable to mount on a wall
Q2: Can this light be used on a kitchen ceiling
A2: this light would be fine in a kitchen, the only reason we describe it as a bathroom light is because it is waterproof IP44 rated. It could be used anywhere in the house if you wanted to.
Q3: How easy is it to replace the bulbs
A3: Very easy. On top of the chrome bulb covers there is a small grub screw that you unscrew with the supplied Allen Key. You can then remove the cover by hand, giving you access to the bulb inside. This is demonstrated in the product's data sheet

This fitting is class two double insulated and is finished in polished chrome with three adjustable spotlights that can face in any direction.
The fitting requires 3 x 6 watt LED GU10 bulbs that are not included.
